Thumbs up! Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Met a great guy by the name of Peter Gilmour (information services manager) at the Southampton boat show. he represented his borough with pride & is also a local sailor who knows all the areas & beaches well (including some unscrupulous restaurateurs) The council actually brought in approximately 36 tones of Weymouth sand for the 'beach' at the boat show and the whole lot gets taken back when the show ends. The borough also does a fair share of beach cleaning which is highly appreciated by those using them. Keep up the great work Peter!
