Xtreme Kit List

Delegates to both the xtreme business and xtreme action programmes will need the following basic kit;

 In no particular order;

• 35 – 45 litre Rucksack
• Comfortable Walking Boots (must be boots to support the ankles)  
• Comfortable, Light Shoes for moving around camp in the evenings.  
• Foot Powder  
• 1 Water Bottle  
• Flashlight (handheld or headlight)  
• Sharp Knife – fixed blade & sheathed  
• Sleeping Bag  
• Sleeping Mat  
• Toiletries (no hair dryers please)  
• Woollen socks x 3  
• General Purpose Soap (bio-degradable if possible)  
• Clothes Pegs  
• Lighter  
• Candles  
• Warm Cap  
• Warm Jacket (preferably waterproof)  
• Gloves  
• Neck Scarf or ‘buff’  
• Long Trousers and Long Sleeve Shirts 
• Small notebook and Pen 
• Sun Glasses & Sunscreen  
• Camera
